There is a myth that chronic fatigue is something that can’t be healed and it’s just something you must deal with. The problem is that most people, including many doctors, just don’t have the right information.
So given that the body can heal from chronic fatigue, where should you start? What should be your first steps? I’ve created this video to explain just that.
