About the Course Facilitator, Ciaran Ryan, BSc Psych, Dip Nutritional Therapy

Ciaran Ryan is a qualified Nutritional Therapist who helps people with chronic fatigue, chronic pain, digestive issues, and chronic Lyme disease.

Ciaran struggled with chronic fatigue, IBS and unexplained physical pain himself for several years. Using his background in natural medicine, he deeply researched chronic fatigue and pain in order to heal his body and make a full recovery.

He now has a strong desire to help others using natural medicine, which is the ideal tool for chronic health conditions.

He has trained in Nutritional Therapy at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health and regularly continues his training by attending conferences held by world-renowned experts, as well as engaging in his own constant research in this area.

Ciaran is a big fan of getting out into nature, music and dancing. He can really cut a rug!
